You've hit on the core problem ,everyone's pumping out AI content at scale now, so the bar for "good enough" keeps rising. The platforms are getting better at detecting template-generated stuff too, which means pure automation strategies are getting torched faster than before.

Are you tracking your average watch time percentage across this period? Sometimes view caps happen when retention drops even slightly, which isn't always obvious from surface engagement numbers.
