How many accounts do you have in the app now? Have you been using new emails/phone numbers for each one? How many accounts per ip? Have you changed device / id?

Could be literally anything, posting frequency, posting device, posting ip, choice of email provider, competition complaining, competition spamming likes/comments on your account, i think any adult/babe account is ultimately 'churn and burn' just be in a position to have another one on the go on...
