I was recently gifted about $1000 from my grandma and her only request was that I don't waste the money. I didn't really know what to do with it, I'm too young to open an investment account at my bank and im not really sure what to do with it. All help is appreciated. :)

sounds like a good idea, I do not see a problem with you dropping out as long as you can still afford to take care of yourself and I hope everything works out well for you!

i don't have the life experience to tell you that dropping out of school is a bad idea but i do think that education is very valuable even if you don't think it is atm. also what would you plan to do if you did drop out?
