Copy the script, go to freerice website, press F12 or right click then Inspect, go to the Console tab and then paste the script.

I did about 20k grains and no issues yet. I noticed that after a while, the logs pile up and lag a lot, if you are updating it I would recommend mentioning that one can remove the instances of "console.log" to forget the logs. Also I made a Youtube video about the script, I can't link the video...
