Another person wants to download my file, he fill in the survey and places HIS email address and no download is possible.. that really sucks^^ //Edit: I edit it, because it was obv wrong to write that and so there are maybe a few users less trolling in this thread!

Maybe it's a stupid question.. but i'm a complete newbie and I asking myself what's with the taxes here? And what's about announcing a business? What's when a vendor report you, to check if everything it's legal?!
