Instead of using only your own accounts you could use hacked accounts too. And even offering this idea as a service as many do with increasing fake yt views, fb followers, soundcloud plays etc.

Why don't you sell the access to those accounts?

Invest in an online business which sells goods in the health-niche for example or especially, but do not forget to research this carefully, and promote it through a CPA-site.

That's not entirely true, only the first 3 pages are unclickable, the 4th goes! And generally Slideshare is a good way to get traffic and also making some money by using only a file on slideshare with affiliate links in it. And I'm still having a passive income after 3 years from ONE file now...

If Bitcoin is supposed to be added here because it's about 'making money online' then the same goes for all online financial trading topics, therefore it doesn't make sense to add bitcoin to this forum.
