That ID 1754 is 1.5$ I think old prices like 0.5$ will never come back they might just go up. And if you want stable service i think you need to try more expensive ones.

I use ID 2289 and ID 1346 on JAP they are working good you can try them. And also have one more provider that is invite only is little expensive but always work.
