Doing something similar and its working pretty well, only difference is we are doing the posts manually to start off with and after a certain bulk we will resort to Mass Planner. Try to include a lot of hash tags in every posts as those i have recently noticed on FB give a higher organic reach.

Im no expert but in the 100's of sites that i have designed/developed i use folders for everything and subdomains only if there is a major change in content. But i generally prefer to use subdomains.

This is basically a crackdown on fake accounts, so if you can fake identity you better give them what they ask for. From previous experience its took me 4-5 to get my account up and running again!

I dont think that there are any systems out there that give you instant money back. SO everything will take time. Find a topic do everything right and maybe if might work for you. If not keep redoing it until it works!

Are these ordered in any sort of way? The best to the not so very good or is it just in a random order. Wish someone could do a post with reviews of the different services, but awesome job on the post!
