How does that work? If you order 20k views, are those views spread evenly among all the videos you add to the order? So 4 videos would get 5k each?

Its possible. Absolutely possible. My channel gets around 3k subs a month. I'm on par to get 100k in a year. Daily uploads is key. I personally wouldn't upload more than once a day -- trust me. If you create several videos in a day, just space them out once a day. You'll burn yourself out quickly.

How long are your videos? With the numbers you posted I'd hazard a guess and say your user retention/watch time isn't great. Are your videos too long? Are people leaving too early? Consider doing shorter videos if this is the case.

Just wait. YouTube has a delay when counting views. Check back every 3-4 hours or so and you'll see it gradually climb up.

Does YouTube ban accounts for bought views these days? It's my understanding that in the unlikely event they ping you for bought views, they simply delete the video.
