Booked the hotel literally in 10 minutes, paid online - everything went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised that in my personal account immediately came confirmation and a check, plus you could see an accurate map and pictures of the rooms. Check-in went without questions - just gave my last name and that's it. From the tips - if you plan a trip in advance, it is better to track through favorites, because some rooms are quickly sold out, especially near the sea or in the center. I also recommend to put a check mark “free cancel”, if plans can change - in a couple of cases it helped me a lot. In general, the service is convenient, no unnecessary steps, everything is to the point and human.
