How much would you say each package makes per day as an estimate? Also how does the ad clicking work?

What would you say is the best PPC network to use for the payout? Very interested in this. do you have a package for new sites? like per say if I have 0 to no views instead of getting hit with a wave of views it gradually increases to a good amount?
