I've found marginal success by using the todoist app to schedule everything I need to do, from taking X supplement on specific days to whatever work projects I need to do that day. I guess it helps to have an outside voice keeping you accountable if that makes sense.

Fingers crossed that the AI bubble theory is real. If it is and it pops then there is a good chance hardware prices will crash again with it. I guess we'll find out in a few years' time.
