How do I create a new tiktok account with no shadowban? I'm in the UK does anyone know how to help? Please do not reply with 1 basic answers, just explain the process and everything you need to do to prevent a shadowban on a new account.

Does the device matter when it comes to proxies? Or anything else? I don't mind sending more on better proxies if I don't have to buy another device etc..

I haven't tried VPN cause IK that doesn't work. I've tried sock5 proxies for mobile, but it didn't help me at all. Same thing, no views. I don't know what the cause is but I've been still trying to find out. I've tried a different device with same IP but it didn't work.

I don't think IP has much to do with it. I've got a friend whose gotten banned like 3 times already with the same device and IP and he makes new accounts with easily get 1-2k views. (Also like 2 hours ago, I just used a second device with same IP and it worked fine. Tiktok is really weird..)
