Are you sure the current vcc will be still charged? This GA account has been registered in another country from mine using 'proxy', I assume the vcc should be at least from the same GA account registered country?!

I have in my billing section one prepaid which was accepted some months ago and charged successfully too, now it gets the "can't be used for this product" message, do you know if gads will charge it againg for the next payment or it is just dead? Also if they do not accept payment i have no way...
