Movie Maker. Seriously though, ffmpeg is the best tool for batch encoding. All it takes is 30 minutes or so to google the command/information you need, create a batch file and you're pretty much set for that project.

To start out, get those PLR contents or fiverr recipe gigs that has pics and license if you are concerned about legal issues. Or use stock images of food that looks somewhat like your recipe. If you want good content for free, then, you really don't have much choice but to steal others' contents.

What I meant was prestashop's free hosting option that lets you make a store under their subdomain. If you're talking about self-hosted cms, then yeah wordpress/woocommerce is still the best imo.
