Sorry, I want to run Amazon interest-based ads on my website. I dont want to sell anything. Isnt this like you run these ads on your website and earn when people buy stuff from your ads?

Im not trying to sell any products. I want a dynamic banner. When I see this banner it also shows me only products which I am interested in. Thats what I want too. When I click at the top right triangle on these ads it redirects me to an Amazon page where I can turn off interested based ads for me.
