Your domain most likely got suspended by the registry (domain hold). In such case there is nothing we can do. Send me a DM with your ticket id so i can check this further

The domain was not registered because it was a phishing attempt and violates our ToS and AUP.

Domains that are fraud / phishing risk might set on hold to be checked manualy to prevent abuse.

We do not suspend domains or accounts unless you violate our ToS and AUP. By default, we also give a warning or the option to transfer domains and data away.

To much of a hassle for VPS. The dedicated ones come without license so its up to the customer about that. Thank you, we will keep gong :)

We dont have Windows based VPS however you can install RDP on a Linux based server
