Do you really need to check all of them regularly? I would just spreadsheet it and login when needed. You could also setup all accounts to fwd to one account so you can identify when you REALLY need to login and send something.

Are you sure these are NEW listings or old ones? Do they look like the old GMaps listings or the new G+ pages? Also, is there a little badge w/ a check mark in it that says "verified local business" when you hover your mouse over it?

If they changed the file name, moved the image, or deleted it you wouldn't have any image on your site. It's not that hard to download the images man..
Why would it matter if it's aged? If getting connections is your goal there are plenty of ways to accomplish that. I don't see any benefit of the account being aged tbh.
This isn't that hard dudes. Right click the image and do reverse image search. Then find all the pages with that image and put that url into the way back machine. If the way back machine has archived that page you can see what images were being used and also the date.
I would buy the EMD, add Google authorship and start adding lots of content to that site. Create a bunch of other social profiles and an About me page. His Google+ page, EMD, and LinkedIn should all outrank the .gov page.
