If I post reviews from the same phone but different ip adress will google detect it ?

I was posting about my business on a daily basic

I had a good success in the past posting about my business on groups however with time you get banned if you post on them daily. Is there a way around it ? Also, when posting on Facebook it used to allow me to post to other groups, 40-50, now its only letting me post to max 20.

I get some business from Facebook groups, just not enough. I know a carpet cleaning company which gets booked up just from Facebook ads, a oven cleaner runs 5 vans just from Facebook.
