I have got 2 accounts that get PV for each action I did, and that happens after I liked over 2000 posts with a bot, and 200 follows manually within 24 hours

My findings are pretty close to yours. I have done it manually for likes as well, got 2 observations for everyone. Received a temporarily block upon hitting 700~750 likes spending about 30minutes for first attempt. Taking in consideration of above, paced myself much slower for second attempt...
