That depends. Dailymotion is better for content that is promoting a certain product or brand. Look for the most popular categories there and see how many views those videos get.

Its not safe to buy youtube accounts in general because google is tracking your every move either through google chrome or other means and so even with proxies, an account can still get flagged.
