So there is no difference if I will use h2 or h3 for hotel names?

Here is the scheme of my landing page. It's ok to use H2 tag for hotel names? Because all SEO recommendations are saying, that the structure must be h1>h2>h3

One more question. I have a landing page. The title is H1, then goes a list of hotel names with links, and after that is text block about the destination. Should I use H2 for each hotel name, and then use H3 for the text block title?

For some of my websites is enough, if the competition is not very big. I write at least 1500 words unique text.
