Purchased this and wont even open. Instagram bot opens but crashes as soon as you try anything. This bot just says that the serial I purchased is invalid. No response from support.

Just purchased. Crashes every time I try to use. Will not scrape anything. No instructions anywhere on how to use current version (all are for 2.0 and I have 3.0). Bought this with the twitter bot and that one says my purchased serial is invalid. Hours have been wasted and still no support...
