Honestly man, you can do that and risk getting caught; if they need to verify your information. Or just create a new business with all the proper information and open a new paypal account. Its just that simply. Avoid the headache of losing more money dealing with paypal.

I would check out Peerfly, they have tons of email and zip offers in a variety of niches. But as paulik123 stated, u have to be careful of how you obtain your traffic otherwise their the best!
