I know you specifically asked about email marketing, but you should also consider this: it's possible to use an email list to create an audience (i think it's called a lookalike audience) on Facebook and then target them using Facebook advertising. Also on LinkedIn, but it's more expensive...

Don't know what hex of image is but if you are trying to make your profile pictures appear unique, you could batch process them to remove / change their background. https://www.remove.bg/ and https://www.designify.com both provide APIs to achieve this.
