I've done some large scale scrapes but still consider myself to be new to the field

I'm looking to fetch the members of many companies based off a few keywords. Any advice for avoiding ban detection? Is browser automation necessary? I am not posting content or requesting connections.

I came to BlackHatWorld to learn and find people to work with. I hope to find knowledgeable people, especially in areas of web scraping and data collection.
