hey guys thanks for the replies i found the solution which is to just link payoneer with adsense anyways even if the names don't match when you put bank details in adsense you put the payoneer details and that's it, it works fine. so i'll close this thread.

thanks you for the replies, however there are many people on the internet i see they're buying adsense accounts, people who do youtube automcation and stuff for example, i'm sure there is some kind of way they use to recieve payments, if the only way is to setup LLC and then create UK adsense...

not blackhat i just use it for youtube, i'm in third world country and i'm paying %30 tax on all money i make from the USA so i bought UK account just so i avoid that tax.
