Unless you have a very good argument to support your case then you don't even have a small chance of getting it back. However, pages have been reinstated and it is possible - just a matter of playing the right cards.

Yep, There are a variety of approaches. Some which will have your account banned by sending 20-30 per day, and some which will allow you to send 5000+ per minute. ;)
