You sure can - you can upvote and downvote just like Reddit. They don't have 'sub reddits' - just a 'most viral images' page. I actually came across a service on BHW today that will get you to the first page.

Nice post OP, I'll be looking into this further. Out of interest - have you tried with imgur? I've seen some people have success with this as it's even more under-utilised than Reddit.

Also... 'more traffic, business and accessibility' I would possibly change this to something that would spark more interest with a business owner... 'increase your customer numbers', 'increase your profits'
