You need to put a production delay as Teelaunch need few days to process the order once received and before the shipping of the final product to your end Client. Go read the Teelaunch FAQ on their website and you will find the optimal time delay which is 5-6 days.

I suggest not to have a look on a listing before having waited 1 hour at least. Ultimately all variations will be linked together in you Amazon inventory.
