I agree with this. It doesn't make sense. As for web 2.0 sites, what type of sites are they? Are we talking higher quality sites such as hubpages, squidoo, typepad etc or some of the rather "crappy" ones? I've always been a fan of doing all my web 2.0's in my tiers manually with solid content...
