yea alot of people i have talked to can't use this or it doesnt work for them, it does for me, when i unplug the modem, and plug it back in, i get a new ip everytime, and i change every 10 posts, about every 25 min, but your right it depends on where u are at, i am really happy it works for me...

http://tmac.technitium.com/tmac/index.html i use comcast cable to post on craigslist try this out have been using it for 5 months everyday, just remember when u change mac address unplug modem for 10 secs and then plug back in. Hope it works for u it does for me.
