It was because you cannot use the same pictures from your old account. Btw is your bank account in your name with the same address as your old shop?

I had an old etsy account which got shut down. I have a new one up. Can I change the banking info to a new account in my name? Im worried they will connect my name and address on new bank account. Or does it have to be in current shop owners name.
