I'm not trying to flag a competitors ad, I'm trying to remove an ad that someone put up with my phone number in it. I apologize if this is against the rules though. I read the rules and only found things about Craigslist posting.

Is it possible that if you flag an add too many times with blacklisted proxies that Craigslist will "lock" the ad and make it impossible to remove? I have a particular ad I'm trying to remove and I flagged it about 70 times with unique US IPs. It was still up so I tried using a local computer...
