"Blocked" means the account will be deleted forever? So how can you test it then? With separate "test" accounts instead of the main account? I only have one account (new to all of this!).. Thanks!

Yeah ok. Like I said I am looking for way without the hashtag. Most influencers that I am aware of in my field don't use these location tags so it would not be an efficient and reliable method..

Hi, could anyone give me some advise on how to find instagram influencers based on keyword & location? I want them to be in a specific niche and a specific country. Via hashtags does not work because many of the hashtags commonly used in that niche are international, e.g. "#fitness". Thanks!
