I really do appreciate this post. I found this site recently and have spent days literally glued to the screen. It seems so overwhelming with all the information that's here, sometimes leaving me still unsure where to start. I don't know if I know enough info to even consider myself a newb...

This is a great book for motivation. Some of the techniques discussed in this book I had already been using VERY SUCCESSFULLY, I recognized that they were lightly discussed without disclosing FULL detail of applying these methods.
