Good thread :) I wish there was an open source translator library you could use, so that you don't have to manually translate, or use APIs. But I've never found a free translation library, only libraries that use various APIs like Google or DeepL.

Does anyone know how strict these various networks are in terms of quality of content? Like the site content quality levels they require.

I think you can rank for super low competition ultra long tail keywords, especially if you use an expired domain and/or submit a crawl request via GSC.

I remember thinking Ahrefs difficulty ratings were not accurate at all, don't know if they've improved or not.
