I have been only posting once a day to the same groups on 1 account. I reword every message that I post. I try to avoid the "evoxspeed has posted this to 15 other groups" thing facebook shows. The message makes it look like spam to whoever sees it.

BTB - Quick question. This is my first time doing IM. I've had about 518 visits to my site with about 52 clicks for 15 conversions. Is this a good conversion rate? I really don't know what to expect since I've never done this before.

No, I did it within the last couple of months. It's hard to do now with the new PS4 consoles just announced. People want too much for their old stuff.

Used to do something similar. I would buy Xbox ones and PS4's on Craigslist/Letgo/Offerup. You can find some good deals especially when people need the money. Buy and resell. Made $50-100 consistently on each deal.
