If you allow adult ads you can try AdStuff or maybe Hilltop? I believe they also do mainstream but I don’t have good experience with mainstream with them. Adult is really good.

Does ExoClick have KYC? I know that Adsterra (sketchy) or AdStuff do not require KYC. Idk about crypto payments though.

ExoClick isn't great, I'd recommend other networks. If you want really high CPM give Adsterra a try. They do use a lot of spammy banners though. You can also try Admaven or Ad stuff.

Adsterra has the highest CPM in my experience, but they show a lot of malware. I have also had good success with ExoClick, AdStuff and Clickaine. Popcash has very low CPM for me.

Adsterra or AdStuff but these will spam your website with spammy ads though.
