Using namecheaps DNS settings how do you set it up so that anyone going to "www.example.com" get 301 redirected to "example.com" I've tried several ways and this is what I have currently, but it doesn't see to be working.

I have noticed yahoo and bing (bing especially) taking forever to index in the past

I use a variation of asap1's method following and unfollowing in increments over time.

It costs money to rank each key word. so if you have 50 key words of course it's going to be expensive

It doesn't appear so though I did find an article where they use google dorks(inurl, site, date range) to narrow the search
