I have just checked on several free online tools to see if this domain has previously been penalised by Google or deindexed and there has been no negative reports. Please feel free to check and research the domain before you submit content.

hmmm. Not used those before so not sure how reliable they are. To do a manual check then I open up an incognito window on the browser and type the keywords into Google. This should provide you with pretty accurate results.
