Sorry to read about your troubles selling your websites... but, if your domain name is violating trademarks, I think you should be more careful in choosing your domain names. Just my 2 cents...

My experience has been that WordPress (along with all the readily available plugins and themes), will work for 80% of the websites/projects. If you need customization, I guess it boils down to which platform you prefer...

I think there is no harm if you leave genuine feedback. That's all that counts.
