Something you can do to increase your followers, is make your engagement more niche specific, and give your $1.80 Instagram strategy suggested by Gary Vaynerchuck. ($1.80 will take much more time).

Have you ever bought followers in the past? They could be getting blocked with Instagram tightening up their algorithm, causing you to lose followers Also, maybe you're simply posting less than optimal content, or too much content.

I've found higher quality followers in the 50-100K range, and even 20K-50K. Be careful that they aren't just receiving comments from engagement pods, or purchasing them. It takes a little more time to check that, but definitely worth it.

At your phase, I'd highly suggest you focus on medium sized accounts that appear to have real engagement. Follow/unfollow their engagers. If you've been F/UF 1m+ accounts for so long non-stop, you begin to lose some of the growth advantage. Maybe take a small break for medium/small accounts and...
