Traffic is irrelevant, money is what counts. Nevertheless, anything that is getting less than 50 uniques per day without SEO is generally not worth SEO-ing. But obviously that's niche dependent

gets traffic from about 1350 other search terms
has had about 400k impressions
100k unique visits...
