Is posting an affiliate link(link shortener) to someone who give you /pm first, getting you banned?

I saw some sites having affiliate offer auto opening in new window. I tried everything to get this working. I know that with Iframes its impossible to open link from another domain in new browser window. Anyone have any other solution to this? I am using wordpress sites.

If I am not from specified country, it automaticly redirects to me to other offer. I noticed link changing with diffrent ID than my. This is why I created my own redirection system :) Thanks guys for the answers. I really appriciate taking your time.
