Vbulletin Manager v1.5 is the best till now.. you can add lets say 5 accounts each account will let you send 5 PMs each 1 min using BCCs... so each 1 min you will send 25 PMs.. in 1 hour = 1500 in 1 day you will send 36000 PMs.. it also sends unique PMs VBulletin spam filters wont catch your...

code a proggy to do this for u and get a life.. why do I need to spend my money on such services..
