No I'm from philippines Yes .. I use portable Hotspot Shield (latest) the problem is ISP's blocked the port I'm using.. blocked ports are: remote port: 9201 local port: 52 I guess! my computer is on the locked-down network connect OUT to the server.

to my ISP?.. well, they make some action that they wil no longer allowed vpn users... so, I tried to work on my vpn config and look for some working ports but no luck.. I guess they all blocked the ports..
