PBN's aren't supposed to sell lifetime links, and if they do, you can be sure they ain't worth shit.
What these guys mostly do is sell hundreds of links on each blog, making the links useless. That's the only way they can make the lifetime links profitable.

In my experience there was no significant difference, had great results with both old and new channels. Perhaps slightly more with new channels but not a huge difference.
I always wanted to try it with translated content and something like Amazon Affiliates as that would be pretty easy to set up but I was a lazy fuck.
Heard a few people made solid money this way.
