There are no tips, if you have a good account and do it manually in a short intervals (not instant) it should work :)

You didn't say that there is a minimum number of followers you have to have on IG, so do you have any ideas how i can get approved with my real profile with 500 followers?

Btw I tried this and didn't work for groups this works this way: go on your fan page click on any post likes on your fan page and there is option to invite these people. So you can do it manually with pressing invite or use this script thats all.
