What about commenting out the footer? I know that works on encrypted footers. You'd have to find a solution to break the theme if someone comments out the encryption part.

Has anyone got any reviews/thoughts on Blogsense for wordpress? I've got it but I'm not really sure on how well it spins stuff, are there any others who've tried it and decided they found something better?
